This is me
For some time now I have been telling myself that in order to achieve a dream I must first dream a dream. Having just started my journey as an interior designer back in the fall of 2015 after starting classes at the University of Minnesota, I had no idea where this journey would take me. Fast forward to today I dream a different dream than back then. In the future I dream of restoring old house in a sustainable way that not only preserves the house but also gives the house a better chance for a healthier future.

My philosophy on restoring old homes is that it is not solely about designing for aesthetics it is about staying true to the historical context of the home. Design should captivate the heritage of the home while considering the needs of the residence. Adapting modern amenities amidst historical charm enhances the living experience of the client while preserving authenticity. Through sustainable practices and historic preservation homes that once were considered condemned can be reincarnated to embody a new life.

Services & skills
One of my top strengths as a person is that I am an Achiever. I am always trying to improve myself. In the design industry this means keeping up with the latest trends, working on becoming LEED or WELL accredited, mastering new technological advances, and pushing design thinking. Anything that I can do that is going to keep me on my toes as a designer, I am going to do it. As a designer I work to push boundaries, work hard, and elevate design.
